Vinous Reverie Notes
The first of the line cultivated the vine in 1829. In the 1990s, the Colin brothers, Richard and Romain, left the cooperative to launch their champagne. They have 11 ha of vines planted mainly in the Côte des Blancs, with plots in the Sézannais and the Marne Valley. This 100% Chardonnay champagne is extremely crisp and elegant, and made exclusively from Premier Cru plots in Vertus (70%) and Bergères-les-Vertus (30%). Tasting Notes: Lively and mineral with aromas of blossom and flavors of fresh butter and buns. Ideal for aperitif.
