You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol. An adult must be present upon delivery to sign for your package.
Buying and Shipping Alcoholic Beverages
When purchasing alcoholic beverages the buyer acknowledges that he/she is acting within compliance with all their state and local laws in regards to the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine/spirits/beer. The purchaser acknowledges that he/she is legally entitled to take possession of wine/beer, that they have obtained any required permission, paid any required fees or sales tax within their state and is working through properly licensed intermediaries (where required). All wine/beer sold are sold in California, the title passes to the buyer in California. Vinous Reverie is not responsible for the importation of wine/beer into any state outside of California. The buyer is responsible for the shipments of wine/beer outside of California.
We can ship wine directly to the following states:
- District of Columbia
- New Mexico
3rd Party Shipping:
We are able to ship wine through a 3rd Party shipper to the following states:
Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Wisconsin and Washington
We currently DO NOT ship to:
Delaware, Michigan, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota and Utah
3rd Party shipper picks up shipments from our store every 2nd and last Wednesday of the month. Packages ship from their warehouse on Friday and take approximately 7-10 days for delivery.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Per California state law, alcohol returns can only be accepted if the product is spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption, or purchased in error.
