Blend: 70% Grenache, 20% Clairette, 10% Bourboulenc. Soil: Limestone and clay soils. Tasting Notes: Bright, pale golden color with silver and green tints. Aromas of white flowers and white fruits. Then, the minerality comes through. Round and smooth attack. The wine shows a lot of minerality. Good length with a slightly salty finish.
