92 points Vinous
"Dusty florals and spice complicate a complex blend of musky dries peaches and apricot. The 2021 Fiano di Avellino Sequenzha is silky-smooth and supple, with a pure mix of apple and pear elevated by saline-tinged acidity. The balance here is beautiful, finishing with admirable length and raw almond and green melon notes. The Sequenzha is deeply satisfying now but has the balance to excel through medium-term cellaring."

90 points Wine Spectator
"An elegant white, with pineapple, ripe green apple and blood orange granita notes that are juicy and expressive. Sleek acidity keeps this lightly mouthwatering and focused, and hints of stone, ground cardamom and almond blossoms linger on the finish. Drink now through 2026. 650 cases made, 175 cases imported.”

Vinous Reverie Notes
The owners Gabriella Ferrara and her husband Sergio are the fourth generation of viticulturists of their family. Gabriella’s great grandfather planted vines on his property and he used to bring vegetables and wine on foot and with a donkey to the town of Tufo. The altitude of San Paolo district, in the commune of Tufo, where the estate is located, is 500 meters above sea level, the excellent exposure is east/east-west. The soil is white, clayey and mixed clayey. The hills are surrounded by higher mountains which protect this area. During the summer months it is warm during the day and cool at night and this favors the aroma of the wines. The Fiano vineyards are in the zone of Lapio. The altitude is 500 meters above sea level, the exposure is east. The vines are approximately 20 years old. Tasting Notes: Persistent, defined, pleasant hints of blossom and fresh yellow fruit. Intense and soft with a hint of toasted hazelnut. Food Pairings: Fish, white meats or medium-aged cheeses.
