This wine comes from Vouvray in the Loire Valley, near the city of Tours along the Loire River. Nicolas Brunet, is the 9th generation of wine makers, following his father Georges. He upholds the families long standing cultivating traditions to respect the vines & the environment & are in their 3rd year towards organic conversion. The hillside vineyards of Chenin Blanc are situated caves & cellars are dug into the hillside of limestone rich rocks which maintains perfect temperatures of 12̊ Celsius. With a commitment to excellence, Nicolas makes beautifully balanced wines with amazing longevity.
