The Domaine Michel Arcelain is located in the heart of the climates of Burgundy in Pommard in the Cote de Beaune. In 1889, Jules Arcelain took over the family farm and modified the plots during the phylloxera crisis. He replanted the famous grafted grape varieties: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. He then transmitted his know-how, his knowledge and his terroir to his son who in turn passed it on to his children. The plot has therefore evolved over time and generations. Michel Arcelain and his wife Marie-Madeleine then operated the estate for many years. Today, the estate is operated by their grandson Pierre Arcelain. Tasting Notes: Its robe is a deep and brilliant ruby ​​red. On the palate, there are notes of red fruits (blackberries, morello cherries), but also of undergrowth and very slightly liquorice. Its silky texture and elegant tannins give it unparalleled harmony on the palate.
