Description
92 points Wine Spectator
"Creamy and lush-tasting, with a complex and concentrated mix of butterscotch, salted almond and quince flavors. Dried apricot, honey and spice details linger on the rich finish. Drink now. 200 cases imported."

"A savoury nose of salted nuts, with toasty notes, apricot jam and orange citrus. There's great intensity of flavour on the viscous palate, balanced by brisk acidity that keeps things crisp and fresh. Roasted nuts, ripe stone fruit, orange and lemon citrus, a touch of honey and lip-smacking salinity.

"Like their more familiar aged tawny counterparts, aged white Ports take on color as they age. This 10-year-old is pale gold in the glass. While its fruitiness remains, it's beginning to show more woody, spicy character. Like all aged Ports, it's ready to drink now."
Jancis Robinson
"Full stoppered flask 1,303 g. Blend of many a port grape. Wines all aged in wood for an average of 10 years.
Notes of sweet almond paste with cut citrus peel on the end and a bit of alcohol! Very smooth and fun – very different from the usual red port, and a serious, long-aged sort of white port rather than a simple young wine to serve with tonic water in port country. Well done Kopke, and their owners Sogevinus, for taking white port so seriously. It's far from sickly and is even quite refreshing on the end. I could imagine this with Christmas cake or mince pies. 17.5/20 points."
