Vinous Reverie Notes
Furmint sourced from the acclaimed Henye vineyard. Clay and rock of volcanic origin (various Rhyolite Tuffs). Biodynamically farmed since 2008, certification in 2012 vintage. Inspired by Huët’s revered Pétillant, Tony Hwang introduced this fascinating sparkling wine in 2007. Peszsgo is local dialect for "sparkling" and Henye is the name of an historic, lauded vineyard in the area.
