100% Verduzzo. 70-year-old vines in marl and sandstone soils of the Gramogliano Hills, in the Udine Province, near the Slovenian border. Hand-picked. Whole berry fermentation in stainless steel followed by six months aging on the lees. Light filtration. Tasting Notes: Violets aromas with an austere licorice finish. Full, dense, with viscosity, but also minerality.
