The Domaine Durdon-Bouval is located in Vincelles in the heart of the Vallee de la Marne. Ludovic and Sandie are the 4th generation of winegrowers, the first in organic farming. The farm extends over 3 hectares on the hills most exposed to the sun (South-South-East) including the grape varieties: Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Tasting Notes: Sustained pink. Fine foam and abundant bubbles. Freshness combined with fresh fruit, subtle astringency and slight viscosity. Spicy and fruity notes mingle with brioche aromas combining roundness and structure. Food Pairing: Summer aperitif. Spicy Asian or North African cuisines. Lamb confit or tandoori chicken.
