Domaine Jean-Pierre Mucyn estate located in the village of Gervans in the heart of the appellation of Crozes-Hermitage, Northern Rhone. Tasting Notes: 100% Syrah. The wine’s crimson-flecked amaranth hue complements an intense nose of red and black fruits and mocha, with spicy and licorice notes. On the palate, the wine shows fruit, a charming, slightly textured velvety body, and fat which coats the palate with savory tannins. The finish is long. The more patient wine lover will discover that the wine can age nicely for up to ten years.
