Vinous Reverie Notes
Tasting Notes: Robe rich in color, purple then taking with age a deeper ruby, to purple. The bouquet opens with a basket of red and black berries - strawberry, cherry, blackcurrant, blueberry. The palate shows a beautiful fruity fullness, underlined by just crunchy tannins and an integrated freshness on the finish. Food Pairing: Cold cuts, grilled meats, vegetable gratins, gruyères, goudas.
