Domaine Fouet is located in the heart of the Saumur Champigny appellation vineyard of the Loire. Since 6 generations this family has been combining modern techniques while keeping the traditions. Today, Julien Fouet runs the estate. The estate has been AB certified since 2020, and makes it a matter of great importance to take care of and respect its environment. Eco-grazing is used within the vineyard to participate in biodiversity. The vineyard only uses natural products, limited in number and quantity. The estate offers different ranges of wine with different appellations such as AOC Saumur, AOC Saumur Champigny, AOC Crémant de Loire and Méthode Ancestrale. The cuvées without added sulphur are vinified without inputs, without yeasts other than those of the grapes. Organic.
