This terrific Cremant is a blend of third each Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Aligote, all from around Pouilly-Fuisse in the Macon. This estate is owned and managed by the jubilant Marie-Pierre Manciat, who represents the 5th generation of vignerons in her family. Tasting Notes: Its deep hue hints at onion skin. Aromas and flavors of baked bread, apples, and minerals with a vibrant acidity on a medium body. The mouthfilling bubbles are fine and persistent, and this wine finishes crisp and clean. Food Pairing: Serve as an aperitif or pair with sushi, smoked fish, or fried chicken.
