Overlooking the Cher, the Chateau de Fontenay (17th and 19th centuries ), surrounded by its vineyards, meadows and woods, benefits from an ideal location. Tasting Notes: This Sauvignon, adorned with a pale yellow color with purple reflections, opens with an expressive and complex bouquet, fruity and vegetal, enhanced with smoky notes, which is matched by a frank, intense and long palate, which ends with a small hint of very elegant bitterness.
