Owner Guillaume Gonnet comes from a renowned family of vignerons in the Rhone Valley. Work philosophy is producing wines with minimal intervention, biodynamic agriculture and with very little influence of wood, resulting in expressive and vibrant wines. Tasting Notes: On the nose, wild flowers and notes of dark plum, red and black cherries and blackberry fruits are augmented by baking spice and garrigue. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with juicy black and blue fruits underpinned by a freshness that makes it so drinkable. The finish is silky textured long lasting.
