Age of the vine: 40 years. Area: 0.9068 Ha. Soil: Clay-limestone, very deep soil with good drainage capacity. Elaboration: manual harvesting, cuvee receives a percentage of whole bunches which varies according to the quality of the grapes. Tasting Notes: Intense and brilliant color. The finesse of the terroir is confirmed in the mouth by a beautiful salinity. Silky tannins give this wine delicacy and palatability.
