Champagne

Champagne is famous for its large houses, rich in know-how and incomparable potential in the typically Champagne art of assembly. But it is also and first of all a land of vine growers: those who are called "harvesting-manipulants" have a knowledge and a practice of the terroir - of their terroir - incomparable. They vinify grapes from their own vines, worked by them and for them. In the heart of the famous Côte des Blancs and the superb chalky soils of Avize, Oger, Mesnil-sur-Oger and Cramant. The demanding quality of the work of the vineyard, the care of the grape harvest at perfect maturity and the rigor of winemaking in barrels are a credo.
