This nine-generation estate, formally called Domaine Des Cotes Blanches Nicolas Millet, is based in Bué, and is a 19-hectare mosaic of 40 tiny plots. Current Vigneron Nicolas Millet has converted everything to Organic/Biodynamic farming. This cuvee comes from caillotes limestone (small pebbles, more mineral uptake). From a 4-hectare, 100% limestone (caillottes) 45-year East/West facing plot that straddles across the line dividing communes Bué and Vinon. Stainless elevage. Stone fruit driven flavors and aromatics with a creamy component.
