"Medium golden yellow, delicate mousseux. A hint of cookie and honey underpinned by an abundance of stone fruit and citrus fruit, notes of orange blossom. Complex, full-bodied, ripe yellow fruit, white nougat, carried by the fresh acidity of the vintage, remains very persistent, shows length, ginger nuances in the finish, a juicy food companion with further potential.
