The region of Emilia-Romagna is made up of two sub-regions located on both sides of the city of Bologna. The Emilia is its mainland and includes the production area of the very popular and original Lambrusco, a sparkling red usually sweet. You should know that Lambrusco has appellations of origin in well-defined sectors, out of which it is classified in IGT Lambrusco Dell'Emilia. With a facade on the Adriatic Sea, Romagna has a very productive vineyard from which emerges a more applied slope working Sangiovese and Trebbiano, like the neighboring Tuscany.
