This place is located in the upper part of Chambolle, behind the church and not far from the old village oven. Facing due south, the wines produced from this terroir located on the rock and a mixture of clay soil and scree of pebbles are very typical of the appellation. The Musigny, "Lords of the Village", are, it is true, only a hundred meters away. The vines on the plot are between 40 and 50 years old. Tasting Notes: On the palate, this wine has a lot of complexity, finesse and elegance. Food Pairing: It will go perfectly with roasts, osso-buccos or poultry.
