Natter Sancerre is one of last values out of the region. Sancerre needs no introduction since its meteoric rise in popularity. But it is interesting to note that Natter is the only winegrower in the Montigny commune. The family operates a working farm with beautiful greenspaces the feel more like a garden than a farm. The wine is serious but in no way austere. Imagine great, village Chablis in a ripe year. Now image it as Sauvignon Blanc. Voila! You’re there. Tasting Notes: Exotic yellow fruit, saline mineral and compelling texture.
