"VNHB – bottle weight 950 g. Side project of Adrianna Catena and Catena winemaker Alejandro Vigil. Fermented in 250-litre French oak barrels, 10% of which were new, using ambient yeast. The wine was further matured in oak for 15 months, with 35% of the wines matured under a veil of flor. RS 2 g/l. Available in 200 stores.
