Description
Jancis Robinson
"Full bottle 1,330 g. Certified Ecocert organic. Blend of mostly Grenache Blanc/Grenache Gris and Roussanne, with some Macabeu.
It's so distinctive. Yet it smells of almost nothing – maybe of daylight. This wine smells like grey daylight on a late spring morning, like dandelion leaves, like daisies when you lie on a green lawn and bury your nose in them. It tastes like green pears that have been kept in a fridge. And hay. Like sage tea plus a dose of English wry and Irish moss – carrageen, iodine – and an ounce of rock. Liquid modal jazz. 16.5/20 points. (TC)"
