Denis Varnier, the current vigneron, uses traditional methods to make these champagnes including the use of the Coquard basket press. 100% Chardonnay, 0 g/l dosage.
Very dense on the nose. This could be a good start for someone who wants to discover a bone-dry champagne. Lively and reverberant. Very firm and interesting. 17/20 points. GV"
