"Whiffs of pristine yellow peach mingle into petrichor and smoke on the nose here. Just a shade off-dry, it's a lip-smacking, spine-tingling Kabinett that juxtaposes zesty peach and pineapple flavors against complex nuances of pollen, dust and slate. The finish is long and intensely mineral. Drinks beautifully now but should hold through 2030."
