"Whiffs of pristine yellow peach mingle into petrichor and smoke on the nose here. Just a shade off-dry, it's a lip-smacking, spine-tingling Kabinett that juxtaposes zesty peach and pineapple flavors against complex nuances of pollen, dust and slate. The finish is long and intensely mineral. Drinks beautifully now but should hold through 2030."

"An elegant, well-balanced white, with zesty acidity behind the notes of Bosc pear, nectarine and lanolin. Vibrant, expressive and long, featuring typical slate minerality that gives this extra dimension. Drink now through 2030. 500 cases made, 400 cases imported."
"Juicy and welcoming with well-judged fruit. Very pure and nicely textured. This producer makes very user-friendly wines.16.5/20 points."
Vinous Reverie Notes
Factoid: The estate is named after Sankt Urban, the patron saint of German winemakers. This is the third of St Urbans Hof's spectacular rieslings that we have brought in.
