Vinous Reverie Notes
Siete Fincas means "Seven Farms" paying tribute to the seven vineyards at the foot of the Andes. In 2021 the weather in general was a little colder than usual. The yields of the white varieties were slightly lower and the red varieties were normal, with grapes of excellent quality and health. The cold climate provided highly concentrated reds, with ripe skins, moderate sugars and optimum acidity.
