"The firm acidity is finely meshed in this seamless Champagne, with a rich note of chalky minerality underscoring the creamy palate's flavors of chopped almond, black currant, fleur de sel and candied lemon zest. Disgorged October 2014. Drink now through 2020. 1,500 cases made."

"A moderately yeasty and attractively complex nose features notes of lemon rind and dried rose petals that complement the citrusy, intense and utterly delicious flavors that possess fine depth and excellent length. This seems notably better and more complete than the NV cuvée reviewed several years ago. Worth considering, both for a sparkler that could be drunk now or aged for as long as an additional five years."

"The NV Brut Grand Cru Tradition is a pretty, immediate Champagne with lovely roundness. Nothing in particular stands out, just the wine’s balance and overall sense of proportion. A soft, caressing finish rounds things out in style. This release is 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from the 2008 vintage, with the addition of reserve wines. Disgorged January 2012. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2018."
Vinous Reverie Notes
Produced entirely from Grand Cru grapes from the village of Ambonnay, this stunning Brut Tradition shows rich, leesy fruit obtained through extended bottle aging prior to disgorging. Quite vinous in texture, it is full and long with crisp apple fruit notes on the finish and showing some toasty notes in the nose. Very low dosage levels allow the great Ambonnay fruit to shine. Variety: 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay. Organic.
