Harvested from different locations and matured in steel tanks. Tasting Notes: A subtle scent of gooseberries with a juicy, elegant texture of peaches and some paprika. The crisp acidity is simply fun and represents the region exactly. Fresh in the aftertaste, very dry and yet with a delicate touch of blossom honey.
