"A strong vintage that was picked later. It delivers a lot of concentrated lime and lemon citrus amid stony, gently talcy minerals and hints of stone fruits. Terrific acidity and flavors of ripe lime, apples and nectarines, holding the finish long and fresh. A great Pewsey Vale!"
"Louisa Rose's description of soft acidity is apt, as it is buried in the palate, the fruit more lemon than lime, the wine already dangerously delicious. History is likely to make my points miserly."
17++ points Jancis Robinson
"Has a sense of compression on both the nose and the palate – lots of orange-peel fruit and sweet spice but all very youthful and newborn. Undoubtedly worth keeping to maximise that potential. 17++/20 points. (RH)
