91 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
From vintner Marco Parusso, the 2019 Langhe Nebbiolo shows abundant fruit and power, with dark tea, dried currant, cherry confit, spice, leather, tar and resin. The wine is robust and textured, owing to the stemmy tannins and acidity that ultimately shape this rigid and contoured mouthfeel. It's a good-value release of some 40,000 bottles that punches well above its weight, standing up even to a foie gras and caramelized onions or the fattiest rib eye steak.
Vinous Reverie Notes
Nebbiolo has always been one of the most beautiful grapes of the Langhe, able to express new nuances and emotions to those who cultivate and vinify it with respect. It is a meaningful gift and great ambassador of its land of origins. Tasting Notes: Elegant notes of fruit, flowers and spices open the way to a sweet and fine tannin that makes it easy to drink from the first months in the bottle.
