Georgian wine from Saperavi grape represents a 8,000-year-old tradition of making wine, the longest in human history. Wine produced from 80-year-old vines. Fermented and aged in qvevri (clay amphora) on skins, stems and seeds for 9 months. Tasting Notes: cassis, leather, juniper, and dark chocolate. Velvety tannins with a lingering, fruity finish.
