This nine-generation estate, formally called Domaine Des Cotes Blanches Nicolas Millet, is based in Bué, and is a 19-hectare mosaic of 40 tiny plots. Current Vigneron Nicolas Millet has converted everything to Organic/Biodynamic farming. This cuvee comes from buzancais limestone (large bedrock, exotic complexity and extra richness). From 2-hectare plot sitting in the heart of Sancerre village, 100% hard limestone (buzancais). Stainless elevage. Lemon-driven flavors and aromatics with a yeasty element.
