92 points Falstaff
"Brilliant, light straw yellow with persistent perlage. Deep, flint-shaped nose, candied lemon. Deep on the palate and built up in many layers, clear lemon on the palate, juicy, spreads wide with well integrated perlage, slightly salty in the final."
90 points James Suckling
"Delicious combination of pear and biscuit on the palate with medium body, bright acidity and a fresh finish. Fresh and satisfying. A different style of Prosecco that you should check out."
Vinous Reverie Notes
Vineyard: This original CUVÉE INDIGENE derives from a selection of the best grapes from the old “Belvedere Vineyard”, a plot dating back to 1969, situated on the Montello hillside (to the North of Venice) in the historic Prosecco Superiore area. Apart from the characteristics of the grapes used, which stem from old Prosecco clones, another feature of this Cuvée is the natural wine-making method used. Tasting Notes: Slight pearl essence. Slight creamy notes on top of the floral perfume. Very pleasant, elegant and intense flavor and refreshing. Food Pairings: Antipasti, fruits, chocolate and light desserts
