"Light green-yellow, silver reflections. Yellow tropical fruit underlaid with delicate blossom honey, a hint of ripe mango and apple fruit. Juicy, firm, good acid structure, passion fruit in the finish, fine extract sweetness, citrus in the aftertaste, can be used individually."

Vinous Reverie Notes
Winery: The Marthal and Frechau sites in Krems are characterized by loess soil. The meter-high sandy-loamy ground is on the one hand very firm but on the other hand particularly permeable, so that the vines are always supplied with sufficient water and nutrients. Our Kremser Loess wine is a pre-harvest from these vineyards and characterizes a juicy, elegant Grüner Veltliner with spicy notes and hints of yellow apples with a mineral-lemony finish. Grüner Veltliner, DAC Reserve, Alte Reben process grapes from our oldest Krems vineyards (over 60 years old). Old vines are very reduced in yield, but the extract values are concentrated in these few grapes. The deep roots of the vines contribute to the supply of the grapes in dry and hot periods.
