Vinous Reverie Notes
Grown in volcanic soil on the north slope of Mount Etna, the grapes for this tiny production Rosé come from a 5 acre, organically farmed plot. Many of his vines are ancient and on original rootstock, having never been affected by phylloxera. Brief skin contact gives it color, then fermentation in concrete and 5 months of lees contact.
