Pierre Morin harkens back to the past with the certainty that great wine can only be made from low yields and grapes harvested by hand. Pierre practices organic viticulture - Lutte Raisonée farming of the vines, never using herbicides or chemical fertilizers. Tasting Notes: On the palate, it's deep and classy, focused and well-structured, with a bit of tannin to resolve on the long, balanced finish. Already delicious, this should age quite well.
