93 points James Suckling
"A chardonnay with exotic fruit and plenty of flavor. Hints of vanilla and cream. Full and flavorful. Beautiful finish. Best in years from here."
Vinous Reverie Notes
Sourced from vineyards above the Ombrone River up to the Poggiolo vineyard. This wine is named (I Sistri) after an ancient instrument from ancient Mesopotamia and Egypt. The instrument and its music was dedicated to the worship of Isis, the goddess of agriculture and birth. Tasting Notes: Straw-yellow color. On the nose characteristics of tropical fruit and peach with pleasant hints of spice and well-integrated vanilla. The palate is full and slightly creamy with an elegant and well-balanced structure to ensure better acidity and a fresh flavor.
