"I’ve always loved the reds from this estate, and their 2015 Cotes du Ventoux is one of the best. Made from 65% Grenache, 20% Syrah and the rest Mourvèdre, it offers abundant notes of kirsch, black raspberries, dried flowers and white pepper in a medium to full-bodied, elegant package. With surprising complexity, no hard edges and fine tannin, it’s worth buying a case for drinking over the coming 4-5 years."
