Soil: Pink granite, with big crystals on the steep slopes of Fleurie. Vinification: Traditional semi-carbonic, in whole bunches with temperature control. Tasting Notes: Dark ruby robe, floral violet and iris aromas, full mouthfeel with refined, elegant tanins. Food Pairing: Enjoy with osso-bucco, veal casserole and also goat's cheeses from the Haut Beaujolais area. Cellaring: 5 to 7 years.
