Notes of red currant, grapefruit and cherry on the nose. In addition, herbal-spicy notes and a touch of violets. Filigree and red fruity on the palate with elegant acidity. Polished tannins and a long finish with a salty mineral impact.

Produced using traditional methods, practising organic farming, and biodynamic techniques.
Hand-harvested, gentle and long maceration with whole grapes. Fermented by indigenous yeasts in open top French oak casks. The wine has aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
Tasting Notes: Pale-coloured wine, extraordinarily aromatic and intensely flavorful. Elegant, fresh and deep, with a silky texture, hints of sweet spices, red fruit, mineral and firm tannins.
