"Concentrated, juicy raspberry and red-cherry flavors are offset by crisp minerality and a delicate fringe of tannins in this substantial, elegant rosé. It's deep pink in color and quite nervy on the finish. Ideal in warmer months, it's bold enough to drink throughout the year with lighter fare."

90 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
"A relatively dark pink rosé, the 2018 La Nerthe Cotes du Rhone Rose Les Cassagnes is a blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre and 20% Cinsault, the trio of Southern Rhône varieties that seem best suited to rosé production. Cherries and dried spices appear on the nose, followed by a medium-bodied, fleshy wine that's silky, mouthwatering and refreshing, with just a hint of warmth on the finish."
90 points Vinous
"Shimmering orange. Red currant, raspberry and rhubarb pick up a smoky mineral overtone as the wine opens up. Concentrated red fruit, blood orange and lavender pastille flavors show good clarity, minerally lift and a touch of spiciness. Rich yet lively in character, delivering solid closing thrust, repeating florality and no rough edges."
