Bready density on the nose, and the scent of gorse blossom. Folded, brushed-cotton texture. Delicately nutty (blanched hazelnuts), lemon and lemon blossom, some bitter lemon, sorrel leaf. Each flavour finely stitched into the wine with this prettily hazy acidity brushed through and across. 16.5/20 points. (TC)"
