"Refined and rich-tasting, with effusive minerality to the red berry and cherry flavors, lathered with plenty of creamy accents. Pepper and cigar box notes show on the long and complex finish. Drink now through 2022."

Vinous Reverie Notes
From Winery: The height, which generates microclimates and varied terroirs, is a factor that distinguishes Salta from the rest of the regions of Argentina and the world; and it translates into a marked expression and diversity of our wines. Bodega Colomé, since 1831, is the oldest operating winery in Argentina. It is located in the Alto Valle Calchaquí and has 4 farms that range from 1,700 and 3,111 meters above sea level, the highest in Argentina and the world, making Colomé a unique and exclusive project. Colomé Estate Malbec is a synthesis that brings together the different nuances of this variety in different heights of Colomé vineyards: intense and mature fruit of Finca La Brava (1,700m), complexity and power of Finca Colomé (2,300m) elegance and freshness of Finca El Arenal (2,600 m). Finca Altura Máxima (3111m), the highest vineyard in the world, gives floral and mineral notes, and a very fine structure to the wine. Tasting Notes: Bright and intense red with aromas of black and red fruits, it has a nose scented with floral notes and spices. Fresh, it has a complex structure, elegant and great personality.
