"Just medium ruby and with an orange hue. Distinct, unusual red-fruit nose with some concentration behind it and a little saline. Rose hip and the merest suggestion of tamarind (salty prunes). Roses. Lots happening here. The sweet attack is followed by savoury-sweet red fruit with a creamy hint but there is no oak in sight. Practically no tannins to speak of and this would be ideal with tuna prepared in any way, monkfish and turbot from the oven cooked on a bed of potatoes. 17/20 points. (WS)"
Vinous Reverie Notes
100% Cannonau (Grenache). Tasting Note: Thanks to the use of delicate macerations and neutral oak, the elegance of the varietal aromas remains intact. Cherry, raspberry, blackberry, rose and a delicate spicy note of white pepper. The freshness harmonizes with the warm notes and the soft tannins.
