"Gorgeous white peach and crushed-mineral notes perfume this dry, lusciously peachy white. A blend of Bourboulenc, Clairette, Grenache Blanc and Viognier, it's generous but balanced by a rambling mineral undertow and delightfully salty finish. It's appealing now but should hold through 2023." *Editor's Choice*
Vinous Reverie Notes
At the very heart of the Rhône Valley, at the northerly tip of the Southern Rhône, lie the vineyards of Grignan-Les-Adhémar. The “Le Devoy” blanc is made up of four Rhone varietals with a breakdown of 30% Bourboulenc, 30% Viognier, 25% Grenache blanc, and 15% Clairette. This wine has aromas of white flowers, white nectarine, peach, and lemon. The weight of the wine itself is fairly rich and ripe with moderate acidity. Very appealing.
